Talent Management has three key elements: Development, Retention and Acquisition. As a business implements Lean Enterprise, we need to focus on all there of these elements. We help businesses to understand where they have strengths and weaknesses with their current talent in a Lean Enterprise environment. We then work with the management team and the associates to develop individual action plans to fix the gap between current and desired performance in order to improve the associates skills and abilities. In a recent study, one of the top reasons for talent leaving companies was determined to be associates not having input into their jobs. In a Lean Enterprise we start with the associate, to ensure they have input into their job today and improving their jobs for tomorrow.
